1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account or using any service on CyberNet.ae, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced. These Terms apply to all users of the platform.

2. Eligibility

Our platform is designed for individuals aged 18 years or older. If you are under 18, you may use CyberNet.ae only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Registration and Account Security

• When creating an account on CyberNet.ae, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. CyberNet.ae will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account.

4. Use of Services

• CyberNet.ae provides educational content related to cybersecurity. Our services include, but are not limited to, access to cybersecurity courses, labs, challenges, certifications, eBooks, and community events.
• You agree to use the platform in a responsible manner and to respect the intellectual property rights of others.
• You are not allowed to:
  • Copy, distribute, or modify any content without permission.
  • Use the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
  • Engage in activities that interfere with the normal operation of the platform, such as hacking or disrupting the platform’s services.

5. Subscription Plans

• CyberNet.ae offers subscription-based services with different tiers. Details of each plan, including pricing, features and policy, are available on This page.
• Subscriptions are billed in AED.
• You can choose from monthly, or yearly subscription plans. We offer discounts for longer-term commitments.
• Subscription renewals are automatic unless canceled before the renewal date. You can manage your subscription settings from your account dashboard.

6. Payments and Refunds

• All payments are processed via Stripe. Stripe’s standard transaction fee applies: 2.9% + 1 AED.
• Refunds are not provided for any of the courses or digital content purchased unless there is a clear technical issue or fault on our end. In such cases, refunds may be considered at the discretion of CyberNet.ae.
• 3 days refund is available only for Cyber Net Club memberships.

7. Cancellation and Termination

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
• Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period.
• CyberNet.ae reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if we suspect a violation of these Terms or any illegal activities.

8. Content Ownership and Intellectual Property

• All content, including courses, labs, challenges, and eBooks, available on CyberNet.ae is the intellectual property of CyberNet.ae or its content partners.
• Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of the platform’s content is strictly prohibited.

9. User-Generated Content

• By submitting content (such as forum posts or feedback) to CyberNet.ae, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content.
• You represent and warrant that any content you submit does not infringe on the rights of others or violate any applicable law.

10. Limitation of Liability

• CyberNet.ae and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our platform, including but not limited to, loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruptions.
• CyberNet.ae does not guarantee that the platform will be error-free or that any defects will be corrected.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

• The services provided by CyberNet.ae are offered “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
• We do not guarantee that you will achieve any specific results from using our courses, labs, or certifications.

12. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or related to the use of CyberNet.ae will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

13. Changes to Terms

• CyberNet.ae reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on our platform, and your continued use of the platform signifies your acceptance of the modified Terms.
